Mediacurrent was hired by Turner Sports New Media (a division of Time Warner) to create a web site and content management system for NASCAR Local Racing.

NASCAR Home Tracks needed a CMS web site to publish and host media rich content for its large user demographic. ...

My Project Role: 

Trent Wyman - Developer (Drupal Development / Drupal Theming)
- Create and theme drop down site navigation
- Create custom interactive Flash map to show track locations
- Create Lap By Lap feature where real time race information can be entered and immediately published to live site
- Setup Photo Gallery and Flash Slideshows for various racing series
- Integrate Amazon S3 for photo gallery's high quantity and large resolution image hosting
- Integrate and custom theme weather widget to display weather forecast for each track location
- Theme various content types, page nodes, site menus, and views
